Everything! Spacious kitchenette, welcoming staff, excellent location!

Positive, The suite was spacious with a separate living area and kitchenette, perfect for my family. Breakfast had a great variety, and we enjoyed a social night snack event. The staff was genuinely nice and went out of their way to help. Overall, a really nice experience! 😄

The suite felt spacious with a separate living area and kitchenette. Plenty of cooking essentials, including a full-size fridge and stove top burners, made it easy for meals. The breakfast selection was decent, with various proteins to fuel morning activities. Staff made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in, especially the friendly front desk team. However, I encountered issues with housekeeping. Despite my stay lasting three nights, they never emptied the trash or provided daily cleaning. Also, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and unmade on arrival. Had a bit of noise from outside, which disturbed sleep on one occasion. Overall, some improvements are needed in housekeeping and comfort, but the staff's hospitality stood out.

I had a lovely stay at Homewood Suites By Hilton Chattanooga, Hamilton Place, thanks to the warm hospitality of Kim at the front desk. She was cheerful and went above and beyond to assist us, even providing suggestions for local dining options. The spacious suite allowed us to feel right at home, and the location was excellent for our activities.

The room was huge, felt like I was living large with a large bedroom separate from living area, real nice feature for families who need space. I couldn't believe how quiet it was, considering we were right off a busy road. perfect for a good night's rest!

Wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess you pay for quality these days.
